Getting Ready for Possible AI Regulation of Testing

Proposed regulation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by the EC deems virtually all types of test and assessment use of AI systems as “high-risk.” Providers and users of high-risk AI applications would have to meet rigorous requirements prior to and after implementing such systems. Similar AI regulations are being considered in Canada and the United States. Expert observers and stakeholders will discuss how testing organizations might best prepare for the anticipated AI regulatory landscape.
