- Presentation Types are defined as follows:
a. Breakout Sessions are one hour interactive sessions to a group of up to approximately 50 delegates.
The aim of the session is to keep the interactive Q&A and discussion components to at least 15-20 minutes
in total. We recommend limiting your presentation to 20 minutes and sharing this breakout session with a second speaker from a different organization. On submitting your abstract please feel free to suggest a
fellow speaker you feel will be compatible. Otherwise we will coordinate the speakers within sessions appropriately. Ideally, the last 20 minutes should be reserved for question and answer time, as well as
overall discussion about the topics. You will be required to provide your own laptop computer. There will
be five concurrent Breakout Sessions per timeslot.
b. Product Demonstrations are computer based demonstrations or presentations showcasing the latest technologies, products, services and/or solutions within the testing industry. These demonstrations should
last approximately 10 minutes, and will repeat as delegates attend multiple presentations within a one-hour timeframe. All presentations must be shown via a computer. A flat screen monitor will be provided, but you
will be required to provide your own laptop computer. There will be up to ten concurrent Product Demonstrations within this one-hour timeslot.
c. Discussion Groups are run by industry professionals and vendors together who will each give their perspective on the theme/subject that you propose. A presentation may be used to guide the discussion.
The main purpose is for the presenters to moderate the discussion among the delegates, to encourage
opinions and dialogue throughout this one hour session. There will be up to five Discussion Groups within
this one-hour timeslot.
- The Target Audiences as mentioned within the form are defined as follows:
